Silkroad Online was one of the more popular MMORPGs in the early 2000s, and now the classic has made its way to the Android and iOS platforms.
Taking on the role of either a merchant, hunter or ranger, one of the more interesting things you could do in the game was lead your own trading caravan between cities to earn a good chunk of change, provided you arrive at your destination safely. Other players were able to rob you and take your wares, which made the entire trip harrowing and dangerous.
The mobile port seems somewhat watered down, although the core elements seem to have remained intact for the most part. The usual trimmings of PVPs, guild wars are also present. As mentioned, the game is out now, so if you want to go down memory lane, here’s your chance to do so.
