Shining Beyond announces end of service

Shining Beyond has announced its end of service, after roughly 1.5 years since its original launch. The announcement on its Facebook page is given as follows:

Dear Adventurers,

Today we would like to announce that the game services of Shining Beyond will end soon. Players can still continue playing the game until September 29th, 2022 time. However, before we bid farewell, you can be sure we’ve prepared a series of awesome events, and the final character reveal!

The schedule given on the official website meanwhile, provides the following information:

• 16 June 2022: Announcement of end of service through social channels
• 7 July 2022: In-app purchases will cease, game will no longer be able to be downloaded. If you still have it installed, the game will remain
• 29 September 2022: Closure of game and shut down of servers
• 8 October 2022: End of community management and customer service

The notice also mentions the possibility of refunds, but should you wish to do so, you will need to request them from your respective app store, namely, Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store.

Going by the responses to the announcement – on Facebook at least – fans are unhappy that this has happened again, as XII Braves had shuttered Valiant Force prior to Shining Beyond.

It looks like there’s one last hurrah, so if you want to be around for the end, then be sure to download the game before 7 July 2022.
