Shadow Arena introduces new Hero, Gorgath

Pearl Abyss announces the addition of their newest hero, Gorgath, to their arena battler Shadow Arena. The thirteenth character in the game is now available to play for players to bombard their enemies in a hail of rocks.

The great alchemist Gorgath possesses the power to command and assail his enemies with rocks and gain control of an area. Gorgath has the ability to hurl rocks from a distance, or have them explode to damage nearby enemies. With these skills, those who can master this hero can engage their opponents while maintaining an advantageous distance from them. The hero can also create random items through Forbidden Alchemy. The higher the skill level, the rarer the items that can be obtained.

Meanwhile, the Tier Structure has been revamped, with Tier Points and Ranking Points being separated. Tier Points will be updated according to the results of each game, which will then determine the Tier placement for a player.

The “Dark Shift” skill will have its cooldown time decreased whenever a player is debuffed by a crowd control (CC) skill like Stiffness and Stun. As such, players will have Dark Shift available more quickly so that they can escape.
