Lies of P, the souls-like title based on Pinocchio, has gotten a release date as well as a free demo.
In a new trailer at Summer Game Fest, Neowiz shows off more of the vistas of Lies of P, including creepy circuses and abandoned streets ahead of the game’s release on September 19th.

The trailer also shows off various enemies, ranging from giant mechanical beings, abominations of science as well as some straight-up nightmare fuel.
On top of that it also shows off several weapons, including an umbrella with a guard point and a parry.
Fans who pre order the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game will also receive three days of early access to the title, getting them a head start on exploring the dark fantasy setting.
The edition will also include several cosmetics, such as a costume based on the Great Vegnini as well the Mischievous Puppet set and a “mask worn by people preparing for the festival”.
Lies of P has been somewhat of a dark horse in the Souls Like genre, with a passionate fanbase following the game’s appearances at various game events.
The game has received praise particularly for its art direction, with many fans originally believing the title to have been related to Bloodborne.
