As the story goes, the Seven Knights of old are no longer in the world, so it’s up to a new generation of heroes to save the world. The Seven Knights Revolution anime is based off this basic concept, where people known as Successors enter contracts with these legendary heroes, borrowing their forms and powers to fight back the evils of Nestra. You can check out our three episode impressions of the currently on-going series here.
Seven Knights Revolution has a teaser site for both Korean and Japanese, implying the servers will launch simultaneously. There’s currently no release date for the game, much less plans for a global release at this time of writing. The official Facebook has been sharing info about the world and a variety of art including the main character designs, which you can check out here.
In the mean time, Seven Knights 2, the sequel to the original game, has since launched in South Korea since November 2020. That too is likely to head to global at some point considering it’s Netmarble, so for now, fans of the franchise will have to keep waiting.
