Scarlet Nexus Demo Announced

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced a demo for Scarlet Nexus , their upcoming action game. The demo will include rewards for players to carry over into the main game.

The Scarlet Nexus demo will release on May 21st for Xbox One and Series X|S, while Playstation users will get to try out the game on May 28th for PS4 and PS5.

Bandai Namco Entertainment says you’ll be able to try out a variety of features in the game, such as the SAS system, which will let you borrow abilities from your party members to create cool effects such as Pyrokinesis, or defend yourself such as with Sclerokinesis.

In addition to that, save data from the demo will unlock new content in the full release of Scarlet Nexus, getting you a new bunny mask, as well as plug-ins to upgrade your character.

The demo will also let you try out the core of the game- choosing one of its two routes, with protagonist Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Randall. These characters will have their own distinct stories, as well as motivations for going through the game’s events. They’ll also play differently, with Yuito using a sword while Kasane controls floating daggers to dispatch of the game’s Others.

Scarlet Nexus releases on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, as well as PC on June 24th.
