Marvelous, Marvelous USA, and Marvelous Europe have announced that Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma will release on May 30, 2025, for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. This latest installment in the beloved Rune Factory series promises to bring a fresh twist to its classic action-RPG and life-simulation gameplay, set in the new eastern land of Azuma.

A New Adventure Awaits

In Guardians of Azuma, players will harness the unique powers of the Earth Dancer to combat the Blight—a spreading corruption threatening the land. Players can choose between two protagonists, whose intertwined destinies guide them on a quest to restore Azuma’s glory. Using sacred treasures and new weapons like the Bow and Talisman, players will purify the land and rebuild villages to entice former residents to return.
