Last week, there was evidence found for a rumor that a Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake was in the works from the Chinese development house Virtous.
This week, VGC reader Faizan Shaikh found that Virtous lead programmer Zhiyang Li has mentioned an unannounced action-adventure game remake on his LinkedIn profile that he has been working on since 2018.
Here is how he describes the game:
“[triple-A] quality level art”, 4K graphics, and “set piece destruction”.

Virtuos is a large video game development studio that is primarily known for its work on support and outsource work for triple-A games for other companies. Their most recent works include the Switch ports of the Bioshock collection and Borderlands collection, The Spyro Reignited Trilogy, and The Dark Souls Remaster for Switch
This was one of many rumors regarding new console projects from Konami. There were also reports of a reimagining of the Castlevania series and multiple new Silent Hill projects in the works, one of which is supposedly being made by a prominent Japanese developer.
