Less than a day after the reveal of the Street Fighter 6 state of play trailer, what is believed to be concept art of the entire roster for the game may have just been revealed in a leak from 4Chan.
The Twitter user @zero_setsu has compiled a thread featuring all the character art that has been found. The art includes the four currently known characters in the game: Ryu, Luke, Chun-Li, and Jamie wearing the same outfits that they do in the trailer. You can see the leaked roster here.
Here are the characters that are believed to be part of Street Fighter 6 according to the leak, starting with the returning veterans:
- Ryu
- Ken
- Zangief
- Dhalsim
- E.Honda
- Blanka
- Guile
- Chun-Li
- Cammy
- Dee Jay
- Rashid
- Juri
- Ed
- Akuma
- Luke
It seems that all of the original eight World Warriors from the original Street Fighter 2 will be coming back for the latest game.
And here are the newcomers:
- Marisa – Italian MMA fighter
- Jamie – The Hong Kong fighter that appears in the new trailer
- Mimi – French Fighter
- Riri/ Lili – Mexican Native American fighter
- JP – Russian fighter
- Kimberly – American fighter
- A.K.I – Chinese fighter
While 4Chan leaks should usually be taken with a grain of salt, there is strong evidence that this leak is real.
The trailer for Street Fighter 6 that was shown at today’s Playstation State of Play features images of the unreleased new character Marisa and possibly Dee Jay on billboards in Metro City.
While there is still a chance that the Street Fighter 6 leaked concept art could be fake, I personally think that this is probably real. With the Street Fighter 6 trailer releasing today and announcing Jamie and Chun-Li, there wouldn’t be a lot of time for so much detailed concept art to be made for a hoax. The fact that it includes one, possibly two characters that haven’t been revealed yet further implies it’s legitimate.
Street Fighter 6 will be available in 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
