Footage of an alleged Persona 3 Remake, as well as a new Jet Set Radio game has been circulating online.
The Persona 3 leak was initially posted by Twitter user @AVtoGAMEnoYAMI on April 4th. They would later receive an extended clip from an anonymous DM, saying that the Persona 3 footage was part of a 2021 Sega Japan Internal Meetage showcasing footage of upcoming games. This footage also included in-development footage of the now-released Sonic Frontiers and a new Jet Set Radio game.
UPDATE: Special thanks to anonymous user DM for this!! So it seems this was part of footage from SEGAs Japan’s Internal meeting held in 2021… The Japanese characters on top rights reads “Footage in development” pic.twitter.com/5sW13O1kyQ

The Persona 3 footage shows the character Yukari Takeba summoning her persona and firing a flurry of arrows at an enemy. The Jet Set Radio footage shows the series’ main character Beat in what looks like Shibuya.
Additionally, Twitter user @MbKKssTBhz5 has found that a domain name for “p3re.jp” has been opened for the same domain provider as the Persona 5 Royal website. This domain was opened on March 15th, 2023.
A leaked piece of concept art for the Jet Set Radio Reboot has also begun circulating online. It uses the same art style as the leaked footage. The Sega news outlet SEGAbits has stated that they had previously seen the art in 2022 as part of a survey from Sega to gauge interest in “various art styles”.
It should be noted that rumors about both an alleged Persona 3 Remake and a Jet Radio Reboot have been spoken of previously by insiders with news outlets like Gematsu, further corroborating these leaks.
As of this article, neither Sega nor Atlus has confirmed the existence of either title. As such, it’s best to take this news with a grain of salt.
Persona 3 Portable recently received an HD Remaster for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
