Malaysian digital mobile service Yoodo, have announced that they are partnering with ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) for the ROG x Yoodo Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Esports Amateur League.
Chow Tuck Mun, Head of Yoodo, says that he couldn’t be more excited to reveal the partnership.
“Yoodo has always been dedicated to bringing the best action to gamers in Malaysia, and we’re confident that participants will bring their A-game for a thrilling and nail-biting tournament.”
This announcement sets the battleground for more than 64 teams from all over Malaysia as they go head-to-head for a shot at a total prize pool of RM12,000 and 20,000 MLBB Diamonds. You can register on the MLBB Esports Amateur League official website.
Here are the time periods for the different stages of the tournament:
- Registration: 19th – 27th May 2022
- Qualifiers stage: 29th May 2022
- League stage: 4,5,25,26 June 2022
- Grand Final: 2nd July 2022
With long-standing desires to tap into the mobile gaming sphere, ROG says Yoodo makes for the “perfect partner to expand its dominance in the world of gaming”. They wish for their community cup to provide a platform for young talent to sharpen their skills and promote healthy competition among local esports players.
