The Re:ZERO mobile game titled “Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World Witch’s re:surrection” now has a release window and is set to launch this summer in Japan.
As announced by publisher Kadokawa Corporation and developer Elemental Craft, Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World Witch’s re:surrection will be launching for iOS and Android devices in Japan sometime before September 2024.
As of writing, a global version of the game has yet to be announced.
Alongside the release window announcement, the game is now available for pre-registration. For those interested, you can do so via the official X, LINE, and the game’s official website.
To commemorate the opening of pre-registration, Kadokawa is holding a giveaway campaign where upon hitting a target milestone of pre-registered users, lucky selected winners may receive Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World merchandise alongside in-game rewards.
Some of the exciting rewards on the list include a special edition Blu-ray disc set, a complete volume of the manga, or artwork from illustrator Shin’ichirō Ōtsuka.
That is not the only campaign, as Kadokawa is holding another one where a lucky fan may receive a large acrylic stand of the heroine Emilia based on the number of reposts regarding the campaign.
This campaign is running from June 30 until July 9, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (JST).
Initially announced at last year’s AnimeJapan alongside the anime adaptation’s third season, the game was developed to celebrate the series’ 10th Anniversary.
A new theme song titled “Resurrection” by Konomi Suzuki was also dropped alongside the release window announcement.
