REYNATIS Demo Now Available on PlayStation, Switch, and Steam

NIS America has announced the release of a demo for REYNATIS, a dark urban fantasy action RPG, now available in the west. Players can download the demo for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 via the PlayStation Store, Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop, and PC through Steam.

The demo allows players to experience the opening chapters of REYNATIS, featuring the game’s two main characters: Marin Kirizumi and Sari Nishijima. Marin, a 19-year-old college student who became a wizard after a near-fatal car accident, seeks to become the strongest wizard to escape oppression. While Sari, a former police officer who joined the M.E.A. after a monster attack, now works for their Magic Task Force.

REYNATIS takes place in a realistic recreation of Shibuya, Tokyo, where magic and order clash. In addition, the game explores themes of freedom, strength, and control as Marin, seeking liberation, encounters Sari, who works for an organization that regulates wizards.

The developers released the full version of REYNATIS in Japan on July 25 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. In addition, it is scheduled for a worldwide release, including a PC version on Steam, on September 27.

Moreover, this demo provides western audiences with their first opportunity to experience REYNATIS ahead of its global launch, offering a glimpse into its atmospheric urban fantasy setting and dual-perspective storytelling.
