To mark this significant milestone, the developers have released an extensive six-minute trailer, offering players a comprehensive look at the game’s world, characters, and gameplay mechanics.
Reynatis transports players to a reimagined Shibuya, Tokyo, where magic and reality coexist in an uneasy balance. The game explores themes of oppression, conflicting ideologies, and the cost of freedom in a society where wizards must conceal their abilities to avoid persecution.
The newly released trailer showcases the game’s dual-world structure, featuring the bustling streets of Shibuya and the mysterious realm of Anothera land of fantasy where monsters and secrets abound. Meanwhile, players will navigate these environments as Marin, the protagonist seeking empowerment, and interact with a diverse cast of characters, including Sari, an officer from the wizard-controlling MEA organization.
Furthermore, combat in Reynatis offers strategic depth with its Suppressed and Liberated modes, allowing players to adapt their playstyle between evasion-focused and magic-heavy approaches. The trailer also hints at the unique abilities of the six playable characters, including intriguing summoning mechanics.
Alongside the launch, the official Reynatis Twitter account has been sharing countdown illustrations, notably featuring cameo appearances by Shoka and Rindo from NEO: The World Ends with You, generating additional excitement among fans.
