The Chinese version of Reverse: 1999 has announced an official collaboration with Pizza Hut in China, according to publisher and developer Bluepoch.
Featuring Regulus, Mathilda and Erza Theodore, fans who purchase specific Pizza Hut set meals will be entitled to obtain exclusive collaboration merchandise.
Some of the goodies up for grabs include badges, laser tickets, and tableware featuring limited time designs from Reverse: 1999 and Pizza Hut.
For those who want to get a head start, pre-orders for the sets will open from 29 April to 8 May 2024, with the actual products releasing from 9 May to 8 June 2024.
As a bonus, purchasing the Mathilda-themed collaboration set will reward buyers with a collaboration skin ‘The Great Taste Investigator’ for the respective character.
In conjunction with the event, selected Pizza Hut stores will be decorated to fit the collaboration theme, complete with character standees. For those who can’t afford to make the trip to a Chinese Pizza Hut, a collaboration emote set has also been released so other fans can feel like they’re participating in the collaboration as well.
For the time being, there is no information as to whether other versions of the game outside China will eventually receive their own version of this particular collaboration.
