Capcom has announced the release date for the iOS version of Resident Evil 4 Remake, bringing the horror to iPhone and other Apple devices this coming December.
Announced through its official Twitter, Resident Evil 4 Remake will be hitting Apple devices like iPhone 15 Pro, iPad, and Mac on the 20th of December, 2023.
Resident Evil 4 Remake originally debuted on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam earlier this year, and now it is set to launch on Apple platforms end of December.
The pre-orders of the game are currently live on the Apple App Store, and the full game is priced at $59.99 USD with the DLC pack costing $19.99 USD, totaling up to $79.98 USD.
The release of Resident Evil 4 Remake follows the recent iPhone 15 Pro and iPad port of Resident Evil Village on 30 October 2023.
Following the “Play Before You Buy” format, players will be able to download and start a set early portion of the game for free before accessing the full game with an in-app purchase.
Note that the release date currently displayed in the Apple App Store is a placeholder and as mentioned earlier, Capcom has noted that the game will be released worldwide for iPhone 15 Pro, iPad (Apple M1 chip and later), and macOS (Apple M1 chip and later) on 20 December 2023.
