Re:Legend has announced its biggest update yet coming 20 December 2019! The cooperative multiplayer JRPG, currently on Steam Early Access, will be releasing this update for free. It will further enhance the gaming experience, introducing changes as discussed with the wide and fervid community around the game.
The Everdust Desert will be opened to players, a new biome with its own Magnus to discover and train! This means new quests, and NPCs too. Be sure to explore all the new locations! Likewise, a Christmas-themed island will also be available to explore, populated with special creatures. You can also expect the appropriate seasonal decoration! Additionally, Legendary Magnus will be deployed for the first time, a breed designed in cooperation with the top backers of the Kickstarter campaign that made the game successful.
The huge work made on the quest system and expanding it means players can enjoy a much more immersive adventure, alongside a solid multiplayer experience. The new multiplayer system will undergo extensive testing prior to the release of this update.
Opt-in in the open beta window, accessible from 6 December to all signed-in players, through the proper beta branch on Steam. Its main purpose is to find bugs, and thus is not meant to be a bug-free environment. The Kickstarter post update encourages players to break the game in the beta branch so that it can be fixed as soon as possible.
A new NPC will also join with the update! More information regarding this character will be available in the next update.
Re:Legend is available on Steam for PC at the special price of €19,99 / $19,99/£15,49/RM49 while in Early Access.
