If you are missing the old times with pixel-art graphic games or once a Meganoid fans, there is a good news for you. Orangepixel who developed and launched Meganoid for Android during 2011 previously has been working hard on the game’s 2017 reboot. While for now, the game is about 98% done and aims to release in March.
The original Meganoid is a retro-styled platform game comes in full 8bit retro pixelart style. The reboot version of Meganoid is expected to be similar yet more joyful and challenging. Here is a gameplay video if you are interested:
There will be a total of 24 different consumable items such as detonators or jetpacks for you to use in the game. You can unlock various tricks and hacks which could change how the game plays. 4 worlds with 3 bonus areas are available to explore too.
The game will be a paid game (sorry not free-to-play). However, there will be no in-app purchases at all so you would only need to pay only once. Can’t wait for the game to be release in March!
