At the Razer E3 Keynote 2021, the latest version of the company’s multi-award-winning gaming monitor was unveiled in the Razer Raptor 27. The 165Hz display and 1ms response time monitor is made to meet the demand for image quality and speed needed in today’s high-frame-rate and high-resolution AAA game titles. It’s also the world’s first PC monitor to achieve THX Certification, undergoing more than 400 individual tests to ensure color, tone and images are displayed as their creators intended, for a stunning picture quality and level of detail.
The wide-angle IPS display of the new Razor Raptor 27 boasts boasts a QHD (2560×1440) resolution with support for both AMD FreeSync™ Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync™ adaptive synchronization technology, 95% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut and HDR400 capability offering deep blacks and vibrant colors that take gaming, productivity, and entertainment to new visual heights.
Retaining the popular design of its predecessor with an elegant matte-black finish to the forged aluminum base, a high-end textured fabric back and built-in cable management channels running along the backside, and Razer Chroma RGB lighting that can be synchronized with other Synapse 3 compatible devices. The Raptor VESA adaptor will also been released, designed to fit all Raptor models. Sold separately, the ultra-slim mount adds a VESA compatible mounting plate to the rear of the Raptor monitor, replacing the fitted base unit and allowing users to mount the Raptor on a VESA compatible stand or bracket of their choice.
