Razer Phone 2 with upgraded specs and Razer Chroma announced!

It is almost a year since the first generation of Razer Phone was announced. With so many strong competitors hopping into the gaming phone market (eg: ROG Phone), Razer has finally aware that they need to launch an upgraded version of Razer Phone to keep pace with the trend. And here it is, the second generation – Razer Phone 2 has been announced which you can pre-order for it today!

The Razer Phone 2 is still having the fastest screen in mobile gaming with a true 120Hz screen. The 1440 x 2560 IGZO display is 5.7″ big, now improved with a 50% brighter display and better color accuracy. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 845 2.8GHz processor, with a custom vapor-chamber cooling system that allows greater performance and stability. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage too.

The device is getting 12MP+12MP dual-lens rear camera, while the Full HD front-facing camera supports 60FPS video recording. Just like its predecessor, Razer Phone 2 features 4000 mAh battery that now supports Qualcomm QuickCharge+.

Moreover, the fans-favorite Razer Chroma RGB lighting is added to the new Razer Phone! The Razer logo on the back is customizable with 16.8 million color options including personalized notification alerts. You can also use the CHROMA Configurator App to toggle between different colors, or select from three different lighting effects: static, breathing, and spectrum.
