Queen’s Gambit Chess Comes To Netflix Games In Late July

Queen’s Gambit Chess, a new title coming to Netflix Games based on their popular streaming series will be debuting on the platform on July 25th, 2023.

A new trailer for the game was shown at the Netflix Tudum fan event that premiered in Brazil today on the 18th of June. You can watch it on the Netflix official youtube channel:

Here is the description of the game from Netflix:

“Welcome to Beth Harmon’s world. Take lessons, play puzzles and matches, or compete against friends in this stunning love letter to the award-winning drama. Beyond the chess board, players can meet familiar faces like Mr. Shaibel and Borgov, and visit iconic locations including Beth’s house, the Methuen orphanage, the Las Vegas tournament, and more. From new beginners to chess masters, this immersive experience appeals to every type of fan”.

Netflix has been adapting several of its popular streaming series to video games on Netflix Games. Other notable titles include Too Hot Too Handle, whose sequel also appeared on Netflix Tudum, and Stranger Things: Puzzle Tales.

Queen’s Gambit Chess will be coming to iOS and Android devices via Netflix Games on the 25th of July 2023.

The series Queen’s Gambit is also available on the Netflix TV series.
