Punishing Gray Raven to open Japan server

Chinese-developed Punishing Gray Raven by KURO GAME will be launching a Japan server, expected within 2020. There’s yet to be news on a global / English release just yet, but if it’s anything like the Arknights release, we could be expecting it soon.

Punishing Gray Raven is a mobile action RPG set in Earth’s distant future. Mankind’s first zero-point energy nuclear reactor gives birth to a new virus dubbed “the Punishing”. The cybernetic pathogen escapes and spreads itself via airborne means following an explosion which kills humans and infects machines, the latter mindlessly seeking to destroy all with human consciousness. Humanity is forced to escape to space, to live onboard the space colony Eden. To reclaim their planet, humans devise a way to immunize their bodies against the virus, turning into combat cyborgs: Reconstructed Soldiers, or the constructs for short. You command a team of these constructs, the Gray Raven Squad. Under your command, the counter-invasion begins its next chapter.

The easiest and closest game you can compare this title to would be Honkai Impact 3rd, itself by miHoYo which is also China-based. If you’re a fan of Honkai, or would like to get into Punishing Gray Raven for the guys, then you might want to hope for a global release sooner than later besides Japan.
