PUBG Mobile has become a global phenomenon ever since it is launched in March 2018, with many gamers playing the game multiple hours a day. In order to encourage a sustainable and balanced gaming experience, PUBG Mobile is introducing a new “Gameplay Management” system where it will require players under the age of 18 to acknowledge a gaming advisory upon logging in. Also, pop-out notifications will be implemented to remind players to rest after a few hours of gaming.
The new system is now updated in selected areas including Asia and North African countries, while other countries will be receiving the update very soon. As it scales to global deployment, PUBG Mobile also be collecting user feedbacks to enhance it furthermore.
We are glad to see PUBG Mobile make efforts in building a balanced and sustainable online gaming ecosystem. Hopefully this would be implemented in more mobile games in the future! The game is available now for both Android and iOS, be sure to give it a try if you haven’t!
