The game puts players in charge of a peculiar agency where they’ll manage and deploy a diverse roster of eccentric mascot characters. From tearful tofu to mysterious felines, players will recruit these unusual characters and assign them to various jobs throughout the city of Kaso-Machi. The gameplay combines elements of creature collection with RPG mechanics, challenging players to navigate through various scenarios including kitchen disasters and major catastrophes.
Additionally, the title features notable voice talent, including Takaya Kuroda (known for “Yakuza: Like a Dragon”) as the ex-yakuza character Michi, Ayano Shibuya (“The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom”) voicing Pinky☆, and veteran voice actor Nobuyuki Hiyama (“The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time,” “Majora’s Mask”) as Captain Sign.

Moreover game director Oli Clarke Smith expressed enthusiasm about the demo release, encouraging players to try it out and meet the game’s cast of “criminals, freaks and misfits.” The full version of “Promise Mascot Agency” is scheduled for release in 2025 across multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
