Project MX is a new project announced by Yostar and NAT Games. At present, there is not much information, but you can watch the teaser trailer below.
NAT Games is a subsidiary of Nexon Korea, and has produced games like OVERHIT and V4 (Victory 4). Yostar most recently published Arknights globally, among their other works like Azur Lane.
From the brief description given by 4Gamer, Project MX is an RPG where players guide students from various schools in order to solve incidences that have occurred. There seems to be some mechanic of investigation at least, with documents ranging from resumes to photographs are available to check. Pistols, or at least, firearms, appear to also be involved in some way, alongside the vague future tech and smartphones.
One presumes you’d be the teacher or mentor to the cast of apparently only cute girls. We’ll keep an eye out for more information, to see how this project develops. With only this teaser clip and no other official channels, it would be too soon to assume it would be heading globally this early into the timeline, but perhaps they could surprise us.
Feel free to speculate and look forward to its eventual release in the future!
