In a tweet, analyst Daniel Ahmad posted a photo of chairs in the Shift Up office, each graced by the most elusive console this year.
“The CEO said that he chose PS5’s as the surprise gift so that all employees can play the game when it comes out”, Ahmad says, explaining the choice of gift for the Korean studio.
Project EVE was one of the first titles shown during last week’s PlayStation Showcase, which brought with it a variety of titles coming exclusively to the PS5, including God of War Ragnarok, as well as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.
Despite all the fanfare and hype for Project EVE, there still isn’t much known about it. According to Kim Hyung Tae, the studio isn’t quite ready to announce Project EVE’s release date.
“We’re not ready to announce when Project Eve will release on PS5, but we’ll keep you updated. We are working hard to make something that we hope you love. Please stay tuned with continued support and interest”, he said in a PlayStation Blog post.
