Pokemon SV DLC Part 1 Teal Mask To Release Mid September

During the Pokemon Presents livestream, the release date for the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet (SV) DLC Part 1 : The Teal Mask will be releasing on 13th September; along with new details on Part 2: The Indigo Disk.

In the Teal Mask, players will take part of a school trip to the Land of Kitakami, where people live at the base of a mountain. The Land of Kitakami is also home for various of Pokemon species that can’t be normally in the Paldean region.

Throughout the journey, players will meet two siblings who study at Blueberry academy – Carmine and Kieran who both seem to play a significant role in the story of the Teal Mask.

Additionally, the Teal Mask will also introduce a few Paldean forms of familiar Pokemon along with Loyal Three: Okidogi, Munkidori, and  Fezandipiti, who are hailed as heroes for saving Kitakami from an evil ogre.

Meanwhile with the Indigo Disk will have players be invited as an exchange student of Blueberry Academy, the same school that the siblings attend. Inside Blueberry Academy lies four different artificially created biomes, each home to different types of Pokemon.

The Indigo Disk will feature The BB League, Blueberry Academy’s very own Pokemon Battle ranking system. On top of this league stands the school’s very own Elite Four: Lacey, Crispin, Amarys, and Drayton. To battle them, players will need to clear the Elite Trials, which seem to be similar to the regular Gym tests we’ve seen in Scarlet and Violet.
