Pokemon Concierge Receiving More New Episodes

The Pokemon Company announced that new episodes for Pokemon Concierge are currently in production.

Earlier today, The Pokemon Company released a tweet announcing that new episodes for Pokemon Concierge are in production, alongside a special artwork.

As of writing, the release date of the new episodes has yet to be released.

Pokemon Concierge is a Japanese stop-motion original net anime that is produced by The Pokemon Company in collaboration with dwarf studios, a character and animation studio based in Japan known for their stop-motion animation, with works such as ‘Rilakkuma and Kaoru-San’ and ‘Rilakkuma’s Theme Park Adventure’ on Netflix.

Aside from collaborating with The Pokemon Company, dwarf studios have also worked with other companies on official projects, such as the ‘Nendoroid 15th Anniversary Stop Motion Video’ with Good Smile Company.

Information about Pokemon Concierge was first announced during the Pokemon Day presentation in February 2023. with an official trailer for the anime being revealed on 15 November 2023.

The series premiered on Netflix on December 20th, 2023, with 4 episodes, each with a 15-minute run time.

The theme song of the anime ‘Have a Good Time Here’ is sung by Mariya Takeuchi, the same singer behind the popular city pop song ‘Plastic Love’.

The story revolves around Haru, a concierge working at a resort where she tends to the needs of weary Pokemon and their trainers.
