We reported about the new Pokémon app, Pokéland a couple of days ago, which is currently accepting 10,000 Android users to test the game. The game features 6 different islands, 52 different stages with 134 Pokémons.
The Alpha test is actually only available for Japan users, but somehow we get a chance to try out the game. After a few minutes of play, I would say the gameplay is as simple as ABC. All you need to progress through the battle is tapping on the opponent Pokémons to kill them or slide to avoid incoming danger. You can collect treasure box or P coins during the battle. Pokéballs will drop in the battle too, which gives you Pokémons thus enables you to change your Pokémon during the battle. There is also a Battle Royale (arena battle), where you will be battling against fellow Pokémon. Diamonds and P coins are given out on victory.
Our 10-min gameplay on Pokéland:
The game will be available on iOS and Android but for now, there is no any sort of word on its official release yet.
We reviewed Pokéland with Huawei P10 Plus – The game videos are captured with the fabulous device.
