PlayStation 4 Pro God of War Limited Edition Console to be Available in April 2018

Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SIES) had made an announcement that the PlayStation®4 Pro God of War™ Limited Edition console will be available next month, April 2018, at a retail price of MYR 1999. The Limited Edition console will include a specially designed PlayStation®4 Pro (PS4™Pro) with 1TB HDD^*1, Wireless Controller (DUALSHOCK®4) and the Blu-ray Disc™ version of the PS4™ title God of War™.

Looking at the Limited Edition console’s design, it was inspired by the Leviathan Axe that was wielded by Kratos for the upcoming God of War™. We could actually see him carrying it as his main weapon with his son Atreus into the brutal Norse wilds and fight to fulfill a deeply personal quest.

The God of War™ series has been awarded at every opportunity and won many awards. With the ending from God of War III, we were saddened that the series has ended but we were surprised yet again when Sony revealed a sequel to God of War III during E3 2016! The reaction was wild during the revelation of the gameplay trailer. Thanks to Santa Monica Studio and creative director Cory Barlog, they have given Kratos a new and old life, living outside the shadow of the gods, adapting to unfamiliar lands, braving unexpected threats and also gaining a second chance at being a father.

All of the items above will be available on the 20th of April 2018. For those who’d like to get just the game, it is priced at MYR 229 for Blu-ray Disc while the Digital copy will be at MYR 209.
