With the recent release of The Last of Us Part 1 Remake on the PlayStation 5 on the 2nd September 2022, the team behind PlayStation Studios Malaysia had played a role by contributing with the development of the widely beloved franchise.
For those who are unaware, The Last of Us Part 1 Remake as the name suggests, is a remake of the original The Last of Us Part 1 developed by Naughty Dog back in 2013. The remake had offered graphical improvements, streamlined gameplay features as well as a bunch of accessibility features. Head of PlayStation Studios Malaysia – Hasnul Hadi Samsudin had made a tweet over on his twitter account had mentioned the team’s involvement of the remake.

This marks the second big project that the PlayStation Studios Malaysia had been involved in, with the first major project they were involved in was MLB The Show 22.
