PlayStation Happy New Play-Year Campaign Features Popular Korean Artist Kim Se Jeong

In conjunction with the Lunar New Year, PlayStation has collaborated with the talented South Korean artist, Kim Se Jeong, as part of the PlayStation Lunar New Year Campaign 2024, titled Happy New Play-Year.

Best known for her roles in “Business Proposal” and “The Uncanny Counter” series, Kim Se Jeong is featured in PlayStation’s Happy New Play-Year video campaign, where she steps into the PlayStation world as characters of popular PS5 games such as EA FC 24, NBA 2K24, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and the Horizon series, where she invites everyone to join her in the world of Play Has No Limit on PlayStation 5.

Kim Se Jeong had also shared a special message in conjunction with this new campaign:

“As someone who grew up playing video games, I am very proud to be working with PlayStation on this campaign. The concept is fun, where I get to play mysterious characters in the world of PlayStation and it is great to portray gaming characters, especially Tifa and Aloy who have great costumes and props! Please join me to celebrate Happy New Play-Year in PlayStation 5!”

Additionally, fans are able to participate in a social media challenge by using a specially created Instagram filter to have a “video call” with Kim Se Jeong and stand a chance to win an autographed PS5 cover by the South Korean artist herself, along with other prizes.
