PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS is having their first ever Steam sale now

As PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS aka PUBG has now sold over 50 million units and achieved a massive 400 million registered players worldwide (well, PUBG Mobile players are included), the game is now on sale on Steam for a limited time to celebrate the milestone! From 19 June to 5 July, PUBG will be 33% off, which means it is purchasable at only $19.99 (about RM50).

The game has recently updated with a brand new map – Sanhok, which it is only 4km x 4km big (one fourth the size of Erangel or Miramar). Every game still features 100 players, so you could expect even intense battles happening on the tiny island. Certain settings on the Redzone, Bluezone and Spawn Balance have been customized for the new map, interestingly you can also throw apples in the in-game lobby too.

An exclusive weapon for Sanhok map, the QBZ95 is updated too to replace SCAR-L (SCAR-L no longer spawns on Sanhok). It is an AR that uses 5.56mm rounds. It can hold 30 rounds per magazine and can be extended to 40 rounds. You can view the full details about the updates here!
