Following the announcement on 1 April 2024, purchases of Lazuli through the in-game store have effectively closed. However, players can still use any Lazuli in their account to continue playing the game.
Players who have paid for any Lazuli left in their account are eligible to request a refund from 28 May to 27 August 2024.
The developers have advised players not to uninstall the game as it would affect the game’s data and the refund procedure.
