Pets will be arriving in Epic Seven! The turn-based mobile RPG game is introducing the system to help players in gameplay. Improvements to the Memory Imprint system are also revealed. These content changes are part of a roadmap created from fan discussions over the past year. The developers hope it will be more convenient, and that building Heroes will be more fun.
Get cute, new Pets from various channels! Either play regularly or get them from the shop. There’ll be different benefits that will enhance gameplay. There will be Battle Pets and Lobby Pets.
Battle Pets:
- Enable Repeat Battling
- Interact automatically with objects
- Provide additional battle rewards
Lobby Pets:
- Give gifts
- Provide benefits in non-battle content (e.g. reduced Gold prices during enhancing)
Players can also get special Pets that have unique appearances! Manage your Pets through the Pet House and enhance them for greater benefits.
Moving on to the Memory Imprint system, it has now been reworked. Players will be able to make better use of duplicate Heroes. Enhancing a Hero with a duplicate previously unlocked a Devotion Skill that increases stats for the Hero’s teammates. Now, Devotion Skills have been split into two:
- Imprint Release: Affects Hero teammates
- Imprint Concentration: Affects Hero only
Nine heroes, including Tenenbria, Specimen Sez, and Assassin Cidd, have been buffed to be more effective in PVP.
Smilegate Megaport’s Business Deparment Manager Sanghoon Lee commented:
Players have been anticipating the Pet System and Memory Imprint rework for a while, and now they’re here. Following the update, we will continue to listen closely to player opinion to refine them even further. We hope everyone enjoys the new content.
