Persona is having a collaboration with chain hot bath and restaurant brand Raku Spa as part of their year-long 25th Anniversary celebration.
The was announced during the ‘Persona 25th Commemorative Special Program’. The collaboration will run from the 26th of August to the 25th of September.
Raku Spa has become fairly well known in recent years for doing collaborations with profile Japanese franchises including Demon Slayer, Attack on Titan, and Hololive. The announcement showed new art of the Persona Series protagonist dressed in new spa-appropriate outfits.
Guests at Raku Spa can choose to purchase a Persona Plus set which will give them one of seven limited edition hand towels, each one based around a different protagonist.
As with other Persona 25th Anniversary Collabs, there will also be a line of merchandise available for purchase.
- Acrylic Stand – ¥1,760
- Button Badges – ¥440
- Acrylic Stand (Chibi Ver.) – ¥770
- Milk Bottle Keychains – ¥550
- Clear File Set ¥990
- Hand Towel – ¥1,100
- Eco Bag – ¥1,980
- Chocolate Marshmallows – ¥990
Each item’s price includes tax. For every 2000 yen spent customers will receive a limited edition postcard. Like the towels, there are seven in total based on each of the different protagonists.
In terms of baths, Raku Spa will feature different Persona-themed baths on different dates:
- Persona 1 Hot Spring (August 26 – August 28)
- Persona 2 Hot Spring (September 2 – September 4)
- Persona 3 Hot Spring (September 9 – September 11)
- Persona 4 Hot Spring (September 16 – September 19)
- Persona 5 Hot Spring (September 23 – September 25)
The restaurant side of Raku Spa will also be selling Persona-themed food and Persona-themed drinks which will be priced at ¥770. Ordering any item on the menu will get customers a free Persona-themed coaster with 14 different designs.
Considering the modern Persona games 3, 4, and 5 all include a trip to the hot springs, this collab is pretty appropriate for the franchise.
