Two new Persona games, a remake titled Persona 3 Reload and a spin-off called Persona 5 Tactica were leaked through the Atlus Instagram account which accidentally uploaded their trailers.
These trailers were seemingly planned to be uploaded following the Xbox Showcase later this week and have since been taken down. Both trailers however have since been reuploaded over social media.
Persona 3 Reload is a full remake of the original PS2 JRPG. The footage that’s been leaked of the game shows that it no features a fully 3D overworld, as well as updated graphics and spirits. There is no confirmation if the game will contain the extra content that was added in later releases of P3 such as The Answer from P3 FES or the Female protagonist route in P3P.
Persona 5 Tactica is a spin-off strategy RPG similar to titles like Xcom or Mario + Rabbids with gameplay that revolves around unit placement and cover shooting. There will also be a new main character added to the game similar to how Persona 5 Strikers added two new characters to the party.
Both games have so far only been announced for Xbox and PC however this is likely because they were meant to be announced at the Xbox Showcase on June 11th. There are likely also coming to PlayStation consoles and possibly the Switch as well.
