Overwatch Free Weekend Starting Today Till August 27th!

Greetings Overwatch-ers! This weekend, Overwatch is celebrating with a FREE WEEKEND starting today till August 27th! There’s also the Overwatch League All-Star Weekend happening which features 18 OWL star players battle it out, so tune in and watch the exciting and exhilarating game!

While the FREE WEEKEND is happening, players will be able to play the full roster of 28 heroes and 18 maps that are available in the game from a variety of game modes including Quick Play, Custom Games and the Arcade. Players can also level up as they play to earn Loot Boxes which unlock a variety of different customization options for their favorite heroes.

But don’t worry though, even after the FREE WEEKEND is over, your progression will still stay during the trial once you purchase the game on the same Blizzard account. With the Summer Games on going, Lucioball is also playable now with the seasonal exclusive Arcade brawl.

There’s also an Overwatch Sale going on right now for those who have yet to get the game. During the event, players will be able to purchase Ovewatch at 50% off for PC, PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. However this discount will only last till August 27th so it’s best to buy it before the dateline!

If you love to watch your favorite star players from the OWL brawl together, you can tune in on Twitch, OverwatchLeague.com, the Overwatch League app, MLG.com and the MLG app and watch them live for the All-Star game! The All-Star game will be happening on Sunday, August 26th over a total of five maps. And to further celebrate the in-game event, players will also be able to redeem the Atlantic All-Star Tracer and Pacific All-Star Genji skin for 200 Overwatch League Tokens from today till August 27th!
