Outriders, an upcoming title from Square Enix and People Can Fly, has been delayed once more. Currently, Outriders release date is 1st April 2021.
Initially, the game was expected to launch in Holiday 2021, before being pushed to 2nd February 2021.
According to a press release from Square Enix:
“We have decided to move the release date of Outriders to April 1st 2021 (no joke!). We will spend this extra time fine tuning the game and focusing on delivering a fantastic play experience at launch.”
As People Can Fly continue working on the game, gamers can get a taste of Outriders before launch. A demo version of the game will release on 25th February 2021. All players can experience a decent amount of gameplay as the first few hours of Outriders will be playable in both co-op and single player. Players can try out and familiarise themselves with all four available classes. In addition, players get to keep the progress made in the demo as they transition into the full game.
With the new Outriders release date, we hope that People Can Fly can polish the game into an amazing experience for players. Be sure to follow the game’s Twitter page to stay updated with new developments.
Outriders is a 1-3 player third-person RPG-shooter developed by the same studio which brought us Gears of War: Judgment and Bulletstorm. It will be playable on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and PC.
