China-based game developer NetEase will be releasing its new mobile MOBA Onmyoji Arena in Japan for the Android and iOS platforms. Pre-registrations are currently opened.
In case you are wondering, Onmyoji Arena is a spin-off of the developer’s mobile RPG Onmyoji. Here, players partake in 5v5 battles with characters from Onmyoji, so everyone here would be familiar to you if you had played it previously. As you would come to expect, all characters play a distinct role, comprising the usual attacker, defender and supporter. Knowing the abilities and weaknesses of each character will be imperative.
The game is designed to be accessible for moderate players as it implements what the developers call a fair battle rule which is not influenced by various battle modes and timings.

While there is no fixed release date for the game just yet, users will be able to experience it early through the Android closed beta which will be made available on 28 March 2018.
