The Child Emperor will be on rate up from 16 July, offering the chance for more players to recruit him in ONE PUNCH MAN: The Strongest! This lollipop-loving genius child is nevertheless as capable a hero as the others in the anime. In the game, he is the best supporter for the “one round style”! Check out this guide to utilize him to his maximum potential.

Take this chance to obtain Child Emperor as you will be 3 times more likely to get him than other SSR characters, as well as appearing as one of the first 3 SSR characters in the Special Recruitment event! Good luck!

Child Emperor possesses the following Skills:

• [Mech Arm Swing]
  • Single-target attack with 120% ATK damage. Simple, practical and fierce.
• [Mech Arm Strike]
  • Attacks enemies in a row. Uses his backpack weapon as recreated from the anime

A Critical hit will [Shatter] enemies, making him extremely useful in almost any combat style. He also has a 50% to land [Stun], which could turn the tides of battle!

• [Child Prodigy]
  • This passive skill will grant the [Berserk] state to allies in the same row after his action. With him being the fastest character, he becomes an amazing supporter to boost his allies’ damage
• [Basic Prodigy Power]
  • The [Basic Effect] of this Core skill helps recover a lot of Energy, allowing allies to deal lots of damage in a single round. It is especially effective in PVE instances and Institute of Genetics, as well as held in high regard by top PVP players
  • The [Advanced Effect] further boosts attack of all allies

Make him stronger with the correct gear set! Here are our recommendations:

• [Monk] Set
  • This will boost Child Emperor’s ability to support his team. Obtain pieces with ATK as its main stat, and either
    • 3 pieces with SPD, 1 piece with CRIT, or
    • 4 pieces with SPD
  • This set aims to inflict [Shatter] at the start of battle, and possibly even [Stun] the enemy before they can move
• [Swordsman] or [Knight] Set
  • Either set will give Child Emperor a substantial damage boost. Aim for ATK as its main stat and
    • 3 pieces with SPD, 1 piece with CRIT, or
    • 4 pieces with SPD

Last but not least, team formation! Utilize him in setups that can best take advantage of his energy boost in for a one round KO.

• Basic combination
  • Front row: Hellish Blizzard, Carnage Kabuto, Amai Mask
  • Back row: Child Emperor, Iairon, Golden Ball

• Advanced combination
  • Front row: Boros, Carnage Kabuto, Amai Mask
  • Back row: Child Emperor, Atomic Samurai, Golden Ball

You need to have your characters’ speed above 200 to fully take advantage of Child Emperor’s abilities and defeat the main target within one round!
