It’s 2021, and the latest Odin: Valhalla Rising update is one for their locales as shown off in their Travels video. You can take in the sights of this upcoming title below:
As with the teasers shown thus far, the quality shown off by Lionheart Studios is quite impressive as you are taken through their imagining of the lands of Norse mythology. You’ll be able to climb around towers, find runic stones, ride across the land on mounts, and the like. A closer look at the continents previously showcased in December can also be seen in the video:
- Midgard, the grassy plains of lands that the gods of Asgard gifted to humans
- Jötunheimr, a rocky landscape home to the descendants of Ymir
- Alfheim, where the elves reside. They possess great magical power
- Nidavellir, an unforgiving frozen landscape where the dwarves set their hearth
Speaking of the races, new art showing the humans, dwarves and giants have also been added to the teaser website, with the elves being the ones missing so far.
There’s still no projected release date for Odin: Valhalla Rising, currently planned for both a mobile and PC release, so for now just admire the teasers and we’ll see how the game will live up to this quality whenever it comes out.
