Upcoming PC and mobile MMORPG Odin: Valhalla Rising showcased its in-game cinematics with a new trailer titled “Loki’s Fury”.
Kakao Games uploaded the trailer on their YouTube channel. While the video is in Korean and has Korean narration, the in-engine cinematic should be able to break any language barrier. You can watch the trailer in question here:
Featuring a blend of Korean MMORPG aesthetics and Norse mythology, the game certainly seems promising. The trailer also shows what appears to be a warrior, rogue, sorceress, and priest in combat against monsters. Currently, not all of the classes for the game have been revealed. However, considering that is it an MMORPG, players can expect to see the MMORPG staple classes or their equivalent in the future.
Officially announced last year, Odin: Valhalla Rising is a new title by Lionheart Studios and Kakao Games, both based in Korea. The game will be available for PC and mobile, reportedly being able to support crossplay between the two platforms. The game will release later this year. Currently, Kakao Games has not revealed an official release date for Odin: Valhalla Rising.
