Following the age rating in Taiwan that was spotted yesterday, Square Enix has officially confirmed that OCTOPATH TRAVELER II is now available for Xbox consoles alongside PCs.
OCTOPATH TRAVELER II can now be purchased for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via the Microsoft Store for $59.99.

It is also available in a bundle with the first game for $74.99. At the same time, the first OCTOPATH TRAVELER has also returned to Xbox Game Pass after leaving the subscription service back in February 2023.
Just like its Taiwanese rating of 12+ Octopath Traveler II is rated at Teen on the Microsoft store, with mentions and depictions of fantasy violence, mild blood, mild language, suggestive themes, and use of alcohol and tobacco.
This news comes at the same time as the announcement of the release of the first OCTOPATH TRAVELER for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
For the uninitiated, OCTOPATH TRAVELER II is a JRPG where players follow the adventures of up to 8 playable characters at the same time, each with their own circumstances and stories to tell. The game takes place in an all new continent, and a brand new assemble of characters compared to the first game.
