New Vital Bracelet BE ‘Digimon 25th Anniversary Set’ pays homage to the original V-Pets

Bandai Namco has announced a new model of the recently announced Vital Bracelet BE called the ‘Digimon 25th Anniversary Set’. These are inspired by and pay homage to the original v-pet Digimon toys.

The two models that have been revealed appear in two colors: dark red and grey with the same broken brick cage design that the v-pets had.

The vital bracelet will also be released alongside a 25th Anniversary Dim Card. We currently don’t know what will be included in the dim card we noticed the key art depicts the bracelet with an original Agumon sprite.

With that in mind, the dim card will likely be based on the original evolution lines from the first Digimon v-pet. Perhaps with some new additions like mega evolutions.

We currently don’t have a lot of information about the Vital Bracelet BE Digimon 25th Anniversary Set however it has been announced that further details will be revealed on the Premium Bandai store on the 29th of July. Coincidentally, the same day that Digimon Survive releases.

I have to say, it’s pretty funny that Tyrannomon was used for the key art on the 25th Anniversary Vital Bracelets. It always seems like he’s rolled out whenever Digimon needs a nostalgia poster boy but is otherwise overlooked for Greymon. We put him on our list of underrated Digimon for this very reason.
