China-based developer Yunchang Game first announced Devil May Cry Mobile (鬼泣:巅峰之战) in December 2017. Since then, information on the game has been fairly scarce, even the beta planned last November got delayed to further polish the game.
Now however, the maker has shared what it dubs “in-development game images”, giving us an idea of the kind of progress that has been made for this smartphone title.
Based on available information, the primary draw for the game is that the combat remains true to the main series, with the “infinite” aerial combos, multiple weapon types that can be switched back and forth, and unlocked camera view.
There is no word as to when the game will come out, but we may see a test version sometime within 2019 at the very earliest. Be sure to pre-register the game at its official site or TapTap page if you are interested!
