New gameplay trailer for Munch Time 2

If you are a fan of platformers, you will be pleased to know that developer of Munch Time 2, Gamistry, has just published a new gameplay trailer.

As you may have guessed from the name alone, Munch Time 2 is a sequel which expands from the previous game, which is in fact based on the metroidvania genre. Titular character Munch takes centre stage again, as it has somehow managed to get stranded on an island. While you make your escape, you will be battling enemies with the help of your newfound friends, the Leaflets.

If you had any recollection of the original, you would know that the game was originally supposed to be released in 2015. Fast forward two years later and the game has yet to be made available. The developers have however, in addition of posting the new trailer, come up with a Steam Greenlight page, where you can see the progress of the game yourself. Should the game ever go gold, Munch Time 2 will be available for Android, iOS and Steam.
