Capcom’s Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess was just announced at Xbox Games Showcase earlier today which has the player witness an epic clash between the spirit realm and mortal man.
The game looks to be inspired by traditional Japanese aesthetics which can be clearly seen in the environments and character designs.
The world of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is bright and colorful and has a very distinctive and unique art-style. Also in the trailer, different enemy types from the spirit realm were also shown which look very grotesque befitting of an evil spirit.
Some gameplay of combat was also shown in the Xbox Games Showcase announce trailer for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, which has your character hacking and slashing his way through a line of enemies which may suggest that the game has an action based style combat.
The game will be made available for Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X as well as Game Pass with no scheduled release date. Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will be available Day 1 for Game Pass owners.
