Acer unveiled a new series of Nitro monitors at their Next@Acer event in Berlin today. It consists of four new monitors catered to gamers, designed to deliver high refresh rates, high resolution and outstanding casual gameplay.
They will be NVIDIA G-Sync compatible. Variable Refresh Rates (VRR) will be enabled by default when connected to NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 10-Series and GeForce RTX™ 20-Series graphics cards to support dynamic refresh rates. Say goodbye to screen tearing and lag! Adaptive-Sync technology will also be featured to cater to gamers who need high resolution gaming. Experience incredibly fast response times up to 1ms and Visual Response Boost (VRB).
Acer’s Agile-Splendor technology will be in this series of monitors, with panels of fast liquid crystal and 99% sRGB wide color gamuts. Enjoy the DisplayHDR 400-certified screens, with blur-free images, phenomenal colour reproduction and more realistic, natural images. Have up to 240Hz refresh rates! The four configurations are:

Acer Game Mode comes packed with these monitors featuring: eight preset display modes to optimize the visuals for different types of content: Action, Racing, Sport, User, Standard, ECO, Graphic and Movie. Access them through a hotkey or On Screen Display settings. The built-in black boost enables gamers to select from 11 black level options to optimize visual advantage and clearly spot enemies, duck for cover, or navigate curves on a race track.
Not only that, there’s Acer VisionCare with Flickerless, BlueLightShield, ComfyView and low-dimming technologies make viewing more comfortable during long periods of gaming. The ergonomically-designed stand with 20° swivel and tilt means gamers can always find a comfortable viewing angle. A quick-release design lets you separate the monitor from its stand so it can be VESA wall-mounted to free up desk space.
