Netmarble’s Phantomgate Now Up In Stores!

Phantomgate by Netmarble was first announced back in August 2017 for South Korea. The mobile RPG adapts a classic side-scrolling, turn-based RPG for both iOS and Android. Though it has been a year since the English version was soft-launched in Australia, the game is now finally available for download worldwide! Just last month, Netmarble had launched the pre-registration which rewards players with an Earth Essence Box Tier 1, 100 Gems and 30,000 gold!

As players begin their journey as a Guardian to guide the last Valkyrie, Astrid, to fulfill her destiny, players will be recruiting other characters to help you on your journey. Players will get to explore certain stages, solve puzzles, battle monsters and collect keys to unlock different gates which will lead you to a boss battle. There’s even real-time PvP as well to test your team build!

Though it’s a turn-based battle system, there are certain features that makes the game unique and interesting. During battle, there are random buffs or debuffs that will appear on the screen where players will need to drag over to the party. Some of the buffs can be really handy or can be your demise if you accidentally dragged a debuff instead.

The graphics is unlike most current RPGs that features high-poly graphics. Phantomgate has a different kind of art which does not look like your usual 3D models but it is colorful, beautiful, and uniquely high-res on mobile.
